We have the single room in our 2 storey home up for rent. The room is a large single room with a king single bed and a large corner desk. The house is shared with two other housmates, one male and one female upstairs and down stairs is a granny flat where my partner her son and I live.
The granny flat is seperate from upstairs and only shares a front door and laundry with the rest of the house. We are located on Chevron Island, a 2 minute walk to shops and bus stops going to Southport, Nerang and Surfers Paradise, a 10 minute walk to Surfers and the beach and just accross the road from a large park and the river. We have a large yard which we use for gardening, bbq's and the occassional bonfire.
We are all very easy going housemates, we love social drinks and house bbq's. We also have a very beautiful house dog, her name is Tessa and she is very much a part of house as you will be :). Everyone in the house puts in a little effort to keep it clean which makes it a really nice place to hang out. We also have a large balcony where we all like to chill out with beers and chilled music.
The room is $140pw which includes water and electricity, bond is $300 and 2 weeks rent in advance. If you would prefer to pay weekly that can also be arranged but we initially require bond and 2 weeks rent. We are after a female as it will keep an even balance of males to females in the house.
