Need ONE Male to share-room, this is $120 per week + security bond ;-)
Need TWO people (couple or friends) to share a room, $120 each per week + security bond ;-)
If you stay longer than 3months rent is $120 per week each, if you stay less than 3 month contract is $125 per wk. l hope you stay longer than the 3months. Security BOND is $250 and you will receive this back when you hand me the keys + clean and then you receive your bond...
*Two weeks notice to leave is important, this is the rule as I need time to replace you ;-)
IF SHORT TERM STAY (less than a month) is between $150 - $175 per week as I perfer long term stay. All I ask is to be clean and quite.
Off street parking is available and the location is very close to Surfers Paradise CBD (city).
Surfers Bus Transit Centre is 4 to 5min walk.
Surfers City is 7min walk
Beach is 6 to 7min walk as well.
All l ask of you is to be clean, wash up your dish and cooking tools straight away, no parties and be respectful of other house mates. Simple really. It's a clean and friendly house, great energy ;-)
YES, Everything is included in the price, (UNLIMITED wireless internet), Power (Electricity), Water, TV and Dvd player, New Microwave, New 7.5kg Washing Machine, BBQ, new Beds, Bed Bugs Covers, Bedding plus all cooking tools and a home gym.
